Ingredients
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoons Margarine melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Maple Syrup
- Cream to serve

Instructions
- Mix the first 8 ingredients together with a whisk.
- Mix the next 4 ingredients together.
- Combine the two and pour into a greased lined slow cooker.
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours on high.
- The last 5 minutes pour maple syrup over.
- Serve with extra maple syrup and cream.
