- 1 whole Chicken
- 1 litre Chicken Stock Salt Reduced
- 1 can Chickpeas rinsed
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Potatoes diced
- 1/4 Butternut Pumpkin diced
- 1 Zucchini diced
- 1 Carrot diced
- 4 Sticks Celery diced
- 2 teaspoons Chicken Stock Powder
- Mushrooms to serve
- Spring Onions to serve

Instructions
- Throw all ingredients into the bowl of a slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours.
- When cooked remove chicken and shred meat with 2 forks and transfer back to soup.
