- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- ½ cup Popcorn
- 60 grams Butter
- 2 teaspoon Cumin Ground
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Ground
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt Flakes
- 2 teaspoons Sugar

- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium- high heat. Add popping corn, then cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 3-5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until the sound of corn popping has stopped. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Melt butter in same pan over low heat. Put spices, salt and sugar in a small bowl, then mix to combine. Add to butter and heat for 30 seconds until aromatic. Add to popcorn and toss until well coated. Serve.
