- 1/4 cup Almond Milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Strawberries frozen
- 6 cubes Coconut Cream Frozen cream in ice cube trays
- 1 Banana frozen
- 2 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt or full-fat plain yoghurt
- 1/2 Lemon juiced and zest
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz on high until smooth.
- Divide mixture between two bowls.
- Top with strawberries and lemon zest to serve.
