Instructions
  1. Add flour, sugar and yeast to a bowl. Add oil to the water and pour into dry ingredients. Mix to a firm dough.
  2. Knead for 10 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place.
  3. Knock down-lightly knead a round ball and roll out to pizza shape or square.
  4. Lightly fry onions and garlic in oil, add tomatoes and tomato paste and cook until the liquid is reduced to a paste consistency. Add herbs and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Chop up all ingredients and grate the cheese.
  6. Spread sauce topping then add all the ingredients on top of pizza dough in a wagon wheel design. Add herbs and spices for extra taste.
  7. Bake at 210c for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
