Ingredients
The Dough
- 1 cup Bread Flour
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- Pinch Sugar
- Warm Water Enough to make a Firm Dough
The Tomato Sauce Topping
- 1 can Tomatoes skinned and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Oil
Pizza Topping
- 1/4 Capsicum
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 teaspoons Basil
- 2 teaspoons Thyme Leaves
- 1/4 cup Olives
- 2 cups Bacon Pieces
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves
- 2 Mushrooms
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Oregano Leaves

Instructions
- Add flour, sugar and yeast to a bowl. Add oil to the water and pour into dry ingredients. Mix to a firm dough.
- Knead for 10 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place.
- Knock down-lightly knead a round ball and roll out to pizza shape or square.
- Lightly fry onions and garlic in oil, add tomatoes and tomato paste and cook until the liquid is reduced to a paste consistency. Add herbs and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Chop up all ingredients and grate the cheese.
- Spread sauce topping then add all the ingredients on top of pizza dough in a wagon wheel design. Add herbs and spices for extra taste.
- Bake at 210c for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
