Ingredients
- 150 grams Oreo Biscuits roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Rice Bubbles
- 1/2 cup Apricots dried , sliced
- 8 Figs Dried , roughly chopped
- 300 grams White Chocolate chopped
- 70 grams Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey

Instructions
- Combine the OREO* cookies, walnuts, rice bubbles, apricots and figs in a large bowl. Place chocolate, butter and honey in a heavy based saucepan and stir over a low heat until mixture is smooth.
- Add the chocolate mixture to the OREO* mixture and gently stir to combine. Spoon mixture into a lined 20 cm pan. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into triangles and serve.
