The Mix
- 2 cups Skim Milk Powder
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter very cold or frozen cut into cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon White Pepper

- 140 mls Water

Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Put 1/3 cup of the mix into bags.
- Store in fridge. (will last at least 2 months)
To make the sauce -
- Microwave water for 90 secs, and cheese if doing cheese sauce.
- Whisk in the mix until smooth
- Microwave for another 60 secs
- Whisk and SERVE
