Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c and grease a 12 hole donut baking tray.
Mash bananas in a bowl, add sugar, flour, melted butter and egg and mix with a wooden spoon.
In a small bowl separately mix the bicarbonate of soda and milk together until well combined. Add to the mixture and combine.
Pour into prepared tray, to about half way, and bake for approx 26 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm.
