Instructions
  1. Add all marinade ingredients into a zip lock bag. Slice the steak along the grain. Place into the zip lock bag and marinade overnight.
  2. Soak skewer stick in water, slice romaine lettuce length ways. Mix the dressing ingredients.
  3. Thread beef on to the skewers and grill the lettuce and beef. Drizzle dressing over the lettuce.
  4. Grill until charred.
  5. Garnish and serve.
