Instructions
Pop you popcorn in a pot. Sprinkle with a little salt.
In a pot bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes the honey, butter and vanilla or until it reaches soft ball stage.
Pour over popped popcorn and stir through quickly as it will start to set.
Allow it to sit for about 1/2 and hour to set the caramel otherwise it will be sticky.

This will keep for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
