  1. Cream butter and caster sugar until fluffy and light.
  2. Slowly beat in eggs.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa and cinnamon together.
  4. Add flour into butter mixture with milk, grated zucchini and chopped walnuts. Mix together.
  5. Spread into a greased and paper lined loaf tin and bake at 180 for 40 minutes.
  6. When cold, ice with chocolate frosting.
