  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave until smooth, allow to cool slightly and beat in the egg yolks until thick and light.
  2. Whip the cream until quite thick and then fold into the chocolate mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly add the sugar. When quite shiny and thick, fold half the egg white mixture and mix well.
  4. Spoon into 6 ramekins or glass dishes and decorate with the crushed Flake bars and serve with whipped cream.
