Chocolate and Prune Ganache

seed removed and finely chopped
Instructions
Place the cream and rum in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate has melted and the ganache is smooth.
Stir through the prunes, allow to cool.
Fill into the precooked pasta shells and refrigerate to set.
Dip the filled shells in melted chocolate or toffee, place onto a tray to set.
The shells are ready to serve.
