Not sure who remembers the old Arnott’s Coffee Scroll biscuits from the 90’s, but these have been re-created. So good!

Ingredients

packet
Vanilla Cake Mix

Egg
100
grams
Butter
chopped and cold
2
teaspoons
Cinnamon

tablespoon
Mixed Spice
1/2
teaspoon
Nutmeg
1/2

Currents
White Chocolate Icing
1
bag
White Chocolate Melts
4
drops
Pink Food Colouring
Instructions
Mix until combined.
Roll into small balls and flatten in palm.
Refridgerate for 20 minutes, whilst the oven preheats.
Bake at 170 degrees C. for at least 10 minutes and check every few minutes, you want them brown and crispy so the snap.
Ice with a little of the icing mixture once cooled.
