Instructions
Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, cook until browned and transfer to a slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook high for 1 1/2 hours, stir, and cook for a further 30 minutes.
Serve warm with steamed vegetables
