Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Once combined, shape into a log, wrap in foil and place into your slow cooker or oven to cook through.
Once cooked, slice and serve in pita with salad.
Otherwise, lay onto a sheet of puff pastry, slice remaining pastry and plait over the top to cover. Use remaining egg to brush over pastry.
Bake in oven until puffed and brown.
