Ingredients

Instructions
Combine sugar, water and ginger and stir over low heat to make a syrup.
Simmer until reduced by half.
Cool in the fridge.
Add the gin, ginger syrup and lime juice into a jug and stir.
Add 50 mls into glasses and top with soda water. Garnish with sliced limes.
