Instructions
Put the butter, sour cream and water in a small saucepan and heat, do not cook.
Cool to tepid and then add the remaining ingredients. Knead until combined and smooth.
Let it rise to double its size and then cut into 16 equal parts.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut the ears with scissors.
Then add the eyes, such as pepper grains, rice, sesame seeds, etc.
Bake at 190c for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
