Ingredients

Vanilla Bean
sliced and seeded

Nutella
Instructions
Combine the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl and whisk until combined.
Add milk and cream to the mixture and combine.
In ramekins add 1 tablespoon of Nutella to the base.
Pour in custard mixture to all ramekins.
Place ramekins on a deep baking tray. Half fill with water. Wrap with foil and place into a 110 degrees C Oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with caster sugar and then heat sugar with flame until caramelised.
