  1. Combine the OREO* cookies, walnuts, rice bubbles, apricots and figs in a large bowl. Place chocolate, butter and honey in a heavy based saucepan and stir over a low heat until mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate mixture to the OREO* mixture and gently stir to combine. Spoon mixture into a lined 20 cm pan. Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours or until set.
  3. Cut into triangles and serve.
