Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoons Lemon Rind
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
Icing:
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Hot Water

Instructions
- Combine the sugar, yoghurt, eggs, oil and lemon juice.
- Beat in the flour.
- Pour into a cake tin and place on egg rings or pour into your slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
- Mix all icing ingredients and pour over top of cake.
