Ingredients
- 1 packet Vanilla Cake Mix or Butter Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 295 mls Lemonade or 7-Up
- 1 packet Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 4 Eggs
Icing:
- 1 can Pineapple crushed
- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
- 1 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Coconut
- Maraschino Cherries for Garnish

Instructions
- Mix all the cake ingredients together in the bowl. Pour into a bundt cake form.
- Microwave on high power for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- For the Icing: Mix all the icing ingredients together in a microwave dish. Cook on medium- high power (80%) until thick for 9 minutes. (Cook for 3 minutes & stir, continue for the 9 minutes)
- Remove from microwave and add coconut.
- Put on cool cake and garnish with cherries cut in half.
