- 3/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Wholemeal Flour
- 3/4 cup Raw Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3/4 cups Sunflower Oil
- 1 cup Carrot grated
- 1/4 cup Sultanas

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Lightly grease slice tin.
- Cream eggs and oil. Mix in all other ingredients.
- Pour into prepared tin.
- Bake 30-45 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Icing Idea : Cream Cheese and Honey. Mix together then spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with walnuts.
