Ingredients
Filling Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Raspberries frozen
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Chocolate Coating Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted but cool
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder can use cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Instructions
Filling Method:
- Blitz all ingredients together and pour into mini silicon moulds or mini patty cases.
- Pop into freezer to set.
- Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
Chocolate Coating Method:
- Add all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well to combine.
- Once your coating is done, remove frozen yoghurt bites from the freezer.
- Dip yoghurt bites in chocolate coating, ( I found a fork worked well) roll around a few times so each piece is well coated.
- Remove and place on baking paper lined tray.
- Pop tray back into the freezer to set. This wont take long at all and the frozen bites will start to set the chocolate coating immediately.
