Ingredients
- 500 grams Beef thinly sliced
- 1 Brown Onion sliced
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornflour
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 125 grams Mushrooms

Instructions
- Heat oil, brown steak, onions until soft. Add beans, carrots and capsicum. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Blend cornflour with soy sauce and stock. Pour over steak.
- Add mushrooms, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Serve on rice or noodles.
