- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 150 grams Butter
- 1 block Peppermint Chocolate
- 300 grams Biscuit Crumbs
- Desiccated Coconut to decorate

Instructions
- Place the butter and the peppermint chocolate in a heat-proof jug. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave slowly.
- Once melted add the condensed milk and biscuit crumbs and mix until combined.
- Pour into a slice pan and then top with shredded coconut.
- Put slice in the fridge to set overnight.
