- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Cornflour
- 3 teaspoons Szechuan Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes
- 500 grams Chicken Tenderloins
- 2 packets Egg Fried Microwave Rice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl. Combine cornflour, Szechuan Seasoning and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Coat tenderloins with egg and roll in seasoning mix.
- Arrange on prepared tray and spray with oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cook rice as per packet instructions. Serve chicken with rice.
