Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour
- 400 grams Beef cut for stir-frying
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes dried
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Cracked
- 1 Red Capsicum sliced
- 5 cups Broccoli blanched
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Rice cooked

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, cornflour and 1/2 cup water. Stir until cornflour dissolves. Spray a large non-stick pan with olive oil and place over high heat.
- Cook beef in 2-3 batches. Remove beef from pan and add garlic, chilli and pepper. Stir-fry for 1 min. Add capsicum and broccoli. Stir-fry a further 1 min before adding the soy mixture. Return beef to pan.
- Bring to a simmer and stir-fry until all ingredients have heated through and beef is cooked. Serve with small portions of cooked brown rice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
