Instructions
Marinade: Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust to taste and set aside.
Filling: Place all ingredients in large bowl. Pour over marinade, stir and let sit for 10 minutes. This will soften the vegetables also.
Spoon the filling into lettuce cups and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Roll up and eat!
