Add flour, sugar and yeast to a bowl. Add oil to the water and pour into dry ingredients. Mix to a firm dough.
Knead for 10 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place.
Knock down-lightly knead a round ball and roll out to pizza shape or square.
Lightly fry onions and garlic in oil, add tomatoes and tomato paste and cook until the liquid is reduced to a paste consistency. Add herbs and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Chop up all ingredients and grate the cheese.
Spread sauce topping then add all the ingredients on top of pizza dough in a wagon wheel design. Add herbs and spices for extra taste.
Bake at 210c for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
