- 45 grams Plain Flour
- 50 grams Butter
- 20 grams Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 70 grams Chocolate
- Icing Sugar to dust for decoration

- In a bowl, melt chocolate and butter in microwave, heat in 20 second bursts and mix between until melted through. Mix well and let cool.
- In another bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar and flour, mix well until there are no lumps and you have a smooth texture.
- Now, mix the contents of both bowls into one, again mix well.
- Grease your microwave safe mould and pour the mix until halfway up the side, it tends to rise quite a bit during cooking time.
- Place in the microwave for a minute, wait 20 seconds and check to see if it has risen. If it has, remove and serve with ice-cream.
