Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates pitted
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Pepitas
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper and set aside.
- Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes then drain.
- Blitz dates until broken down.
- Add remaining ingredients and blitz until well combined.
- Press firmly and evenly into pan and pop in the freezer to set.
- Once set, slice into 9 bars and enjoy.
- Keep stored in freezer.
