- 1 Brown Onion diced
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
- 250 grams Beef Mince
- Cheese Slices
- Pickles
- Spring Roll Pastry

Instructions
- Throw onions, garlic, mince and salt and pepper in a frypan.
- Fry up for around 5 mins, until mince is brown.
- Construct: Place Cheese, Pickles & Cooked Mince Filling onto Spring Roll Pastry
- Brush edges with egg wash. Roll up.
- Deep Fry: Place spring rolls into deep fryer and fry for 10 minutes or until brown
- Take out wait for a minute to cool (if you can!)
- Eat and serve with tomato sauce
