Instructions
  1. Freeze Oreos for at least one hour to help them keep their shape during cooking.
  2. Make up pancake mix according to directions.
  3. Bring at least 3 cm of oil to medium heat.
  4. Drizzle a little batter into the oil to make sure it bubbles.
  5. Dip Oreos completely in batter.
  6. Carefully lay them in the hot oil.
  7. Flip over after two minutes. Cook until brown on both sides, then remove with a slotted spoon or tongs.
  8. Pat dry with paper towel.
  9. Dust with icing sugar. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce.
