- 1 packet Oreo Biscuits
- 1 serve Pancake Mix
- Oil for Frying
- Icing Sugar
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Chocolate Sauce or Caramel Sauce

Instructions
- Freeze Oreos for at least one hour to help them keep their shape during cooking.
- Make up pancake mix according to directions.
- Bring at least 3 cm of oil to medium heat.
- Drizzle a little batter into the oil to make sure it bubbles.
- Dip Oreos completely in batter.
- Carefully lay them in the hot oil.
- Flip over after two minutes. Cook until brown on both sides, then remove with a slotted spoon or tongs.
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Dust with icing sugar. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce.
