  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
  2. Combine the yoghurt and flour in a large bowl; mix using a fork. When the dough clumps and you feel like it's not mixing anymore, it's time to use your hands.
  3. Knead the dough in the bowl, continuing to mix the flour and yoghurt together.
  4. After the ingredients are completely combined, divide into six balls.
  5. Roll each ball out on a silicone mat or floured surface. Form into a long tube.
  6. Bring tube around into a circle and attach to end to form a bagel shape - place on a cookie sheet.
  7. Brush with butter or oil if you like. Then sprinkle with chosen toppings like sesame seeds, parmesan, poppy seeds, cinnamon, etc.
  8. Bake your bagels for 10 - 12 minutes, checking for doneness. Let cool for several minutes before enjoying!
