- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
- Combine the yoghurt and flour in a large bowl; mix using a fork. When the dough clumps and you feel like it's not mixing anymore, it's time to use your hands.
- Knead the dough in the bowl, continuing to mix the flour and yoghurt together.
- After the ingredients are completely combined, divide into six balls.
- Roll each ball out on a silicone mat or floured surface. Form into a long tube.
- Bring tube around into a circle and attach to end to form a bagel shape - place on a cookie sheet.
- Brush with butter or oil if you like. Then sprinkle with chosen toppings like sesame seeds, parmesan, poppy seeds, cinnamon, etc.
- Bake your bagels for 10 - 12 minutes, checking for doneness. Let cool for several minutes before enjoying!
