Rice (and Quinoa) Crackers

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients listed in a bowl.
  2. Cut a zip lock bag at the end and split up the seams or use baking paper folded down the middle to create a top and bottom.
  3. Roll mixture into 1/2 teaspoon size balls. Place on open zip lock bag or baking paper. Fold bag or paper over and flatten with a flat object such as a measuring cup.
  4. Peal off and place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C or until golden.
Recipe Notes

Store in an airtight container or bag for up to a week.

About 1/4 cup each of rice and quinoa when measuring from uncooked.

Cook rice and quinoa in the same pot or bowl. Allow to cool before using.
