Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200c. Place the chickpeas and garlic on a baking tray, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and roast for 25 minutes or until golden.
  2. Remove the garlic cloves from their skins and place in a food processor with the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, chilli and remaining olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle with extra oil to serve.
