Head to the blender and ‘disguise’ them. Try putting cooked vegetables in the blender then adding them to your kids’ favourite pasta sauce. You could also use the vegetable blend to make the liquid for a hearty beef casserole or mix it with a low salt soy sauce and add it to a chicken stir- fry or noodles. Your little ones will be getting all the nutrients they need but will be none the wiser!
