Just delicious, i couldn’t wait for this to cool, i cut straight into it to try it out. Yummy!
As i said, this was apparently so delicious that my parents requested another one haha.
So this next batch, to use up some more things i used 6 cans of Boss Coffee cans, another thing i wasn’t a fan of, great if you like, but i wasn’t a fan and also didn’t want to waste. I have poured these over top of some dried apples, goji berries, raisins and sultanas that my mum gave me, worked out to be about 1 kilo as well. Sealed the container and left these for about 4/5 days again. Mixed in with 4 cups of Self Raising Flour and one more can of coffee. Baked again at 180 degrees C for 2 hours. This one turned out so much darker than the first, but so so yummy!
With these, at least for the loaves i kept, i have cut them into 3, one i have kept out and the other two wrapped and bagged and put into the freezer until ready to eat.
This recipe is so easy, and works amazing no matter what liquid you use. I have used standard iced coffee, chocolate milk, ginger beer and more. I have even seen people use other different sodas, some even use Baileys. The choice is yours!

I had some tubs of yoghurt that had been forgotten and past its best before dates. Rather than waste them, i added them to flour and made a dough. The tubs i had was approximately 200mls of yoghurt, one was a honey flavour, one was a apple flavour and one was a passionfruit flavoured. I have mixed this together with about 200 grams of Self Raising Flour and kneaded it with a little more flour until the dough wasn’t sticky. I have then flattened slightly and cut dough into strips, then joined top and tails and added to a donut mould. Into the oven, 180 degrees C, for approx 20 minutes.
Once cooled, i have iced these. For the icing i combined 1/2 cup Icing Sugar, 2 Jaffa flavoured hot chocolate mix tubes, and water until combined and thick enough to your liking and dipability. Dipped each donut into the icing mix and allowed to set. Yum again!
