Remember these golden rules and you’ll be on the road to health and happiness!
- Start the day with a nutritious brekkie that’ll kick-start your metabolism and keep you full ‘til lunch.
- Drink, drink, drink! Water that is, it flushes out all toxins and keeps us hydrated. Drink at least a litre a day.
- Exercise. Next time you’re trying to dodge P.E., remember that it’s actually a lot easier to just put your gym gear on and participate than it is to make up an excuse to get out of it!
- Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables! It’s the only way you’ll feel less stressed and tired, and more like jumping out of bed in the mornings.
- Snack on healthy foods. Fresh and dried fruits and unsalted nuts are great options.
