Remember these golden rules and you’ll be on the road to health and happiness!

  1. Start the day with a nutritious brekkie that’ll kick-start your metabolism and keep you full ‘til lunch.
  2. Drink, drink, drink! Water that is, it flushes out all toxins and keeps us hydrated. Drink at least a litre a day.
  3. Exercise. Next time you’re trying to dodge P.E., remember that it’s actually a lot easier to just put your gym gear on and participate than it is to make up an excuse to get out of it!
  4. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables! It’s the only way you’ll feel less stressed and tired, and more like jumping out of bed in the mornings.
  5. Snack on healthy foods. Fresh and dried fruits and unsalted nuts are great options.
