Wow, what a year so far. It’s been a while since i have written on hear and to my readers, i am sorry.
What has happened since last update…. I have joined Tupperware. So exciting and a brand new challenge for me. I have so far held three parties and love it so far. Lets see where it takes me!
What else. Ah the cooking. I have made an amazing but runny Lemon Meringue Pie.

Tip: Make sure you boil the lemon curd until really thick and then allow to cool completely before adding to the base.
Vegie Pasties.
I have then squashed the edges with a fork and cooked until golden.
Now there has been many many others but i cannot think of them.

Now it may look a little rustic and funny but boy does it taste delish.
Using homegrown peaches off my parents peach tree, custard and a pretty basic cake mix this cake has been baked.
I have used butter, caster sugar, eggs, soy milk and self raising flour.
Half of the mixture has gone into the pan and then i have spread over the custard and the peaches. The rest of the cake mixture has gone on top and then i have put the cake in the oven.
I have accidentally used a pan to small for this cake but the bits that came over and fell on the tray were eaten. Delish!
After an 1 1/2 hours in the oven, 45 minutes of those with foil over the top to stop the browning, the cake has come out cooked.
I have then left for the 5 minutes to cool and then the fun began, removing the cake from the pan. Five minutes later and no broken cake, voila!
Can’t wait to take it in tomorrow!
