I had to try the viral Kingstons and Peaches dessert in the air fryerโ€ฆ and I think I may have accidentally made it even better! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

A few days after making the oven version, I thought, surely this would work in the air fryer too?

So I used exactly the same ingredients:

๐Ÿ‘ Homemade poached peaches
๐Ÿซ ยพ of a packet of Kingston biscuits
๐Ÿ‘ About 150ml of that delicious peachy juice

I popped everything into my silicone baking dish and into the air fryer at 180ยฐC for 20 minutes.

And WOW. ๐Ÿคค

The Kingstons went all soft and gooey, soaking up that gorgeous peach juice, but the absolute best part was what happened around the edges.

The peach juice that didn’t get absorbed turned into this sticky, caramel-like goodness around the edges of the dish.

Honestlyโ€ฆ YUM! ๐Ÿ˜

We didn’t have any cream in the house this time, so I grabbed the only thing we did have โ€” chocolate ice cream.

And somehow, I think that was the perfect choice! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Warm, gooey peaches and chocolatey Kingston biscuits, those sticky caramelised peachy edges and cold chocolate ice creamโ€ฆ

DIVINE. โค๏ธ

The oven version was delicious, but I’m officially calling itโ€ฆ

๐Ÿ† The Air Fryer Version Wins!

Same ingredients.
Less time.
And those gorgeous sticky caramelised edges.

If you’ve tried the viral Kingstons and Peaches dessert, you absolutely need to try it in the air fryer! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ˜

Sometimes the viral recipes really do live up to the hype!
