Morning tea time tomorrow to farewell someone from our team but thankfully not from the office.
As always the choice was down to them to choose what i will bake.
Ingredients that were chosen: Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Brownie.
So i have chosen to make chocolate cupcakes. But, not just any chocolate cupcakes.
First of all. Using my recipe for Big Chocolate Cake.
No substitutes for this recipe as i have had every thing.
Now before filling the cups as normal, here is the twist.
Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter and Oreos.
After lining each cup with a cupcake liner. Place an Oreo in each liner and then spoon a teaspoon of peanut butter, i used crunchy, on top. The pour cupcake batter until the Oreo is covered and you have filled the pan to about 3/4 full.
I have cooked these for 25 minutes and voila. Simple but delicious.
