Dinner for tonight was something different, Taco Pie.

Whilst the base is in the oven, i have prepared the beef mince and onion until cooked and brown, added the remaining pack of Taco Seasoning and 1/2 cup salsa.
Added this to the pie dish on top of the potato base. Baked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees with the fan.
Served this up with grated cheese, sour cream and salad.
Delish.
Earlier today i made a Cream Cheese Frosting to go on top of a Chocolate Sourdough Cake a friend bought around.

60 grams cream cheese, straight from the fridge, cut into small chunks, 30 grams buttery nutlex, 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. I have added all of these into a Tupperware Extra Chef and whipped until creamy.
