Made something a bit different for dinner tonight. Something vegetarian for a change. I made Falafel Balls.

To make these i have used a 400ml tin of chickpeas, 2 teaspoons crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, 3 tablespoons parsley, half a red onion, 2 tablespoons plain flour and salt and pepper to taste.

I have placed all of these ingredients in my Tupperware Extra Chef and have pulled the string until combined and chopped up.

I have rolled dessert spoonfuls into balls and have then flattened slightly.

I have then added these balls into a heated pan of olive oil and browned on each side.

I have served these with warmed pita bread, tzatzki and baby spinach leaves.
