Dinner tonight was Penne with Creamy Chicken and Thyme Sauce

No photos as i have forgotten to take before eating.

To make this i have used 600 grams of chicken tenderloins, 4 slices of bacon, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 chicken stock cube with 3/4 cup water, 185mls of soy milk, 3 x 40g philly cheese mini tubs, 1/3 cup peas and 2 teaspoons thyme.

I have followed the method and served with cooked penne and parmesan cheese.

Because i have used milk and not evaporated milk the sauce was a little runny but still tasted amazing.
