Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Spray the inside of 1 cup ramekins (1 per serve) with cooking oil spray and cut a slice of Mountain Bread into quarters (per serve). Dice haloumi and whisk eggs.
  3. Gently press two squares of Mountain Bread into each ramekin. Divide spinach and diced haloumi into cups then top with whisked egg.
  4. Bake for approx 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
