Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Leek halved and sliced
- 500 grams Chicken and Italian Herbs Stock
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
- 2 tablespoons Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 Chicken Breast Fillet
- 1 1/2 cups Green Beans

Instructions
- Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bag. Toss chicken to coat well.
- Heat oil, add chicken and cook both sides until golden. Remove to a plate.
- Add leek, cook until soft and stock and bring to the boil. Add chicken and reduce heat to a simmer for 8 minutes.
- Stir in cream and bring to the boil until sauce thickens.
- Add beans and cook for an extra 5 minutes or until chicken is tender and beans are cooked. Serve with rice.
