- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Cheese shredded
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Parsley or Oregano or Basil
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
- Onion Powder Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C.
- Cut up Cauliflower and steam until soft, put on a tea towel and blot, try to get as 'dry' as possible.
- Put in a food processor or blend til it's mashed potato texture.
- In medium bowl stir cauliflower, eggs, cheese, garlic and seasonings.
- Lightly spray baking pan and pat the mixture out.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top starts to brown.
- Cut into bread sticks.
