- 1/2 cup Pepitas
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 5 Medjool Dates
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Cacoa Powder
- 1 Orange Zest
- 1/2 Orange juiced

Instructions
- Add seeds and coconut to Extra Chef and process until fine crumbs.
- Zest and juice orange and add to the seed mix with the chopped and pitted dates, cacao and vanilla.
- Process until mixture starts to stick.
- Using the large side of a melon baller make balls from the mixture and coat in a mixture of coconut and cacao (1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon) using season serve.
- Store in the fridge.
