Instructions
  1. Add seeds and coconut to Extra Chef and process until fine crumbs.
  2. Zest and juice orange and add to the seed mix with the chopped and pitted dates, cacao and vanilla.
  3. Process until mixture starts to stick.
  4. Using the large side of a melon baller make balls from the mixture and coat in a mixture of coconut and cacao (1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon) using season serve.
  5. Store in the fridge.
